1. Sponsor

This promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by So Many Ideas LLC, dba YOX ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2327 Wycliff Street, Saint Paul, MN 55104, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 am CT and will continue on an ongoing, month-to-month basis until terminated by Sponsor (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period is divided into consecutive monthly Entry Periods, each beginning on the 1st day of a calendar month at 12:00:00 am CT and ending on the last day of that calendar month at 11:59:59 pm CT ("Entry Period"), except that the first Entry Period begins on the Promotion start date above. One (1) winner will be selected for each Entry Period for as long as the Promotion continues, per Section 5 below.

Sponsor may end the Promotion, or decline to hold an Entry Period in any given month, at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion. Sponsor will announce the final Entry Period at least fifteen (15) days in advance on yoxtoys.com and/or the @yoxtoys Instagram account where reasonably possible, except where circumstances (such as fraud, technical failure, or legal requirement) require immediate discontinuation. Ending the Promotion does not affect a winner's rights with respect to any Entry Period that has already concluded.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Promotion is void in Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and its advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer, and director, are not eligible to enter or win.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

There are two independent ways to enter during each Entry Period. No purchase is necessary to enter by either method, and using both methods does not increase the number of prizes available to any one entrant.

Method A: Website Sign-Up

During each Entry Period, visit yoxtoys.com and complete the pop-up sign-up form with a valid email address. Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address, per Entry Period, regardless of the number of times a person submits the form. Multiple entries from the same person or email address within a single Entry Period will be disregarded.

Method B: Instagram Entry

During each Entry Period, on the designated giveaway post on Sponsor's official Instagram account (@yoxtoys, https://www.instagram.com/yoxtoys/):

1. Like the designated post;

2. Follow @yoxtoys; and

3. Comment on the post tagging a person who is currently a teacher employed at a school located in one of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.

Each qualifying tag of a distinct individual counts as one (1) entry, up to a maximum of twelve (12) entries per Instagram account, per Entry Period. Tags submitted after the maximum has been reached, tags of the same individual more than once, tags of non-existent or ineligible accounts, and tags that do not identify an actual current U.S. teacher will not count toward entry. Entrants are responsible for the accuracy of any representation that a tagged individual is a current U.S. teacher; Sponsor does not independently verify teaching status and reserves the right (but has no obligation) to disqualify any entry it believes in its sole discretion to be fraudulent, fake, or in violation of these rules.

Only entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules and received during the applicable Entry Period will be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical or human error of any kind.

5. Prize, Number of Winners, and Approximate Retail Value

For each monthly Entry Period, Sponsor will award one (1) YOX Megabuilder Kit to one (1) winner, selected by random drawing from all valid entries received during that Entry Period across both entry methods described in Section 4 combined (i.e., Method A website sign-ups and Method B Instagram tags are pooled together into a single set of eligible entries for that Entry Period, and one winning entry is drawn from that combined pool).

The individual or entity who receives the prize depends on which entry is drawn as the winning entry:

• If the winning entry is a Method A (website sign-up) entry, the prize is awarded to the individual who submitted that entry. That individual may, at their own option, direct that their prize be shipped to or given to a school of their choosing; Sponsor bears no responsibility for verifying delivery to a chosen school or for any use of the prize after such a transfer.

• If the winning entry is a Method B (Instagram) entry (i.e., a qualifying tag), the prize is awarded to the teacher identified in that winning tag, not to the person who submitted the tag. The person who submitted the winning tag does not receive the prize and has no claim to it.

Each entrant's odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across both methods combined during that Entry Period, and are not affected by which method an entrant uses.

This is a total of one (1) YOX Megabuilder Kit awarded per Entry Period, for as long as the Promotion continues, with total prizes awarded and total ARV depending on the number of Entry Periods held.

Each YOX Megabuilder Kit has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $89.99. Sponsor will ship the prize at no cost to the winner, via standard ground shipping to a street address within the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.

Prize conditions: No cash alternative or substitution of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are otherwise non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Within approximately ten (10) business days after the end of each Entry Period, Sponsor will select one (1) winning entry by random drawing from all eligible entries received across both entry methods, combined, for that Entry Period.

The potential winner (or, if a Method B entry is drawn, the teacher identified in the winning tag) will be notified using the contact information or account associated with the winning entry — by email for a winning Method A entry, or by Instagram direct message or comment for a winning Method B entry. The potential winner may be required to respond to the notification, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release, and/or provide a valid shipping address, within five (5) days of attempted notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may, in its discretion, select an alternate winning entry from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period or, if time does not permit, forfeit the prize.

7. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from and against any claims, damages, injuries, or losses of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Except where prohibited, by entering the Promotion, a winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner's name, city/state of residence, and (where applicable) statements about the Promotion for promotional purposes, in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Instagram Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not to Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram.

9. Publicity and Data Use

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion (such as name and email address) will be used by Sponsor to administer the Promotion (including winner selection, notification, and prize fulfillment) and, where the entrant has separately opted in, for future marketing communications from YOX. 10. Winner List

For the name of the monthly winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to YOX, 2327 Wycliff Street, Saint Paul, MN 55104, Attn: Megabuilder Giveaway Winner List, specifying the month requested. Requests must be received within six (6) months after the end of the applicable Entry Period.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to its conflict of law rules. As a condition of entering, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
